Dimensions: 210cm long, 90cm wide, 80cm high

Constructed with 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding on 38mm square framing. Dip treated in wood preserver that gives a mid brown finish. The wire mesh used is 25mm square weldmesh, 16 guage ( 1.60mm thick ). All fixings and hardware are zinc plated.

An external nest box with two compartments provides a roomy laying environment and gives all the available space within the house over to the birds. 2 roosting bars are fitted. A hinged nest box lid allows easy egg collection.

There is a slide-out floor / droppings tray to make cleaning out an easy task. A lift off panel gives access to the house. There is a hinged door to access the run area. 

A vertically sliding pop hole gives birds access to the run area via a ramp. The pop hole cover is opperated by a draw cord. (Will also accommodate an auto opener). There is an additional pop hole at the end of the run. 

The area under the house is weather protected on two aspects giving daytime shelter from wind and rain plus shade in the summer. The side weather panel is removable and can be fitted left or right. An additional weather panel is available to give extra protection (see options). 

The end panel under the house rotates 180 degrees and is designed to take a feed hopper ( see below ). This feature allows easy access / filling of hopper and weather  protection when closed.

Softwood construction with deep rebate cladding and framing all pressure treated ( Tanalised ) and finished to a mid brown colour during treatment. All roofs are clad with 'Onduline' corrugated sheeting made from bitumen saturated organic fibre. Fixings and hardware are galvanised or zinc plated. All units are sectional and delivered flat packed with screws and fixings for easy self assembly.
