This herb and salad cloche and planter can be positioned anywhere in the garden. The 2 tier sustainably sourced tanalised wooden base is ideal for growing salad crops and herbs. Wooden base and cloche can be used independently giving more options and versatility.

The cloche will protect crops and produce earlier crops – in fact if the right varieties are chosen year-round salad production is possible. The Cloche can also be placed outside the kitchen door to produce a variety of fresh herbs for cooking.

Gentle convection ventilation is provided by the slight gap between the side panels and the roof, venting warm air out of the cloche. For watering or cropping the two top glass panels lift out. In Summer the side glass can be left in and the roof panels can be removed, creating a sun trap while allowing rain to water the crop.

The garden cloche is glazed in 4mm toughened safety glass ensuring the cloche will stay firmly on the ground even in high winds. Each pane can be removed for cleaning.

This garden cloche comes in standard plain aluminium finish, but can be powder coated Antique Ivory for a more traditional finish. Shown in Antique Ivory.
